: MUFFLER juniorss Mar 1st, 04, 02:30 PM ANYONE EVER HERE OF VORTECH OR VORTEX MUFFLERS. CANNOT FIND ANY INFO ON THEM. THEY ARE ON MY CAR NOW(WHEN I BOUGHT IT), THINKING OF CHANGING MUFFLERS ANY ADVICE. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A REAL AGGRESSIVE SOUND AT IDLE AND AT CRUISING. SOMETHING TO BRING OUT THE SOUND OF THE CAM. ITS A 396 BB WITH ABOUT 425 HORSE. I've never heard of them but a lot of people sell them it looks like. It's a 350 4 bolts w/ a 280H comp cam, 1.6 roller rockers, HEI w/Pertronics kit, Hedman headers, Dr. "X" pipe and Flowmaster 2 chamber mufflers & mandrel bent tail pipes.
