I have been looking around for an intake kit for a 2000 3800 v6...yes i know v6, but for being 18 its enough for me

I have looked at Jegs, JCWhiteny and some others and havent been able to find anything worth getting. So any links or comments are welcome!

you mean a cold air kit?
make one yourself- hell, just hacking a few holes in the stock airbox and getting rid of any silencing baffles helps a lot on most any newer vehicle.

Look thru Ebay and Recycler, doesn't have to be name brand, they all pretty much work the same.

ive done stuff like both of you have suggested on a previous car, and i would feel much better getting a name brand that i know is reliable. So if you have any links, would be sweet

Just a suggestion, but, what you can do is buy or even make your own "gengeric" air take tube and buy yourself an actual k&n filter or which ever you're leaning towards. The brand of the tube doesn't matter, as long as it's not restricting air flow, no wrinkles, bends, and the diameter isn't too small.
