Not sure where to post this... did the 67 Camaro Std. Coupe come with self cancelling turn signals....

are you talking about after you make your turn the turn signal turns off ? if you are then yes they should cancell but sometimes if you dont make a hard enought turn they might not turn off

I don't get into those things as much as I used to, but there is springs in that mech. that break, then the turn signals don't self cancel. Very cheap parts, very common problem. We had boxes of the springs at the garage I used to help at. There is a left and right. Some general info there, maybe someone else can provide more detail.

You have to get all the way into the column to fix it, but the new cam assembly is available at any auto parts store in the "HELP" section. Don't use an old one, as the plastic gets brittle, and you'll probably have to replace another one.

U were right about accesibility... got it at Advance Auto for 10 bucks overnight, with no delivery charge.... life is good. I'lll get it in tomorrow.
