Yes I have an early Z norwood build. I was told that the spoiler opion on my car was factory because the early Z's came with a shorter spoiler. My rear spoiler runs about an 1 1/2 in. from each side of the qrt. panel. I assumed it was true, because i',ve seend 35K cars on e-bay with this same short style. But no one can really confirm , hope you guys could shed some light for me.

Welcome to to the best place anywhere to get answers about these cars. The early 69s did have the shorter spoiler. From what I understand, the spoiler was the same as used the previous years and they apparently just wanted to use up the existing stock. I think I read that in Jerry Mc Glish's book.
