I read a webpage(web address enclosed below)on the merits of the new Chevy "Z06" clutch for the LS-1 motor. Will these new clutch work on the LT-1 bellhousing and input shaft

No, and no.
The LT1 clutch is a pull off type, and the LS1 is a push off type. They are in no way interchangeable.
