I know that 69 z28's were supposed to have silver grilles. Does a 69 code Cortez silver car also have the silver grille? :confused:

According to CRG, silver Z/28 (non-RS) also got the silver grill.

So what about RS Z28's? What grill color did they receive? The best I can tell is that only the Tuxedo black RS Z's got the silver grill...is that correct? I am going to either paint my car Lemans Blue or Dusk Blue...did any of these RS Z's receive a silver grill? Thanks.

That would be "Tuxedo" Black with a Silver grille

Yeah, I screwed up and and had silver on the brain when I posted that...but that still doesn't answer my question:)

Dusk Blue RS Z28 had the black grille. only Tuxedo Black had the silver RS grille.

Thanks Bob...I was really hoping that some of the other colors of RS Z's got the silver grill...I saw a red Z at the Atlanta Super Chevy with a silver grill and it really looked sweet. Oh well...guess I will stick with the black grill.
