I have determined that my RS headlamp relay vacuum switch is bad. Has anyone bought the OER reproduction switch? In my Rick's catalog page 168, I see an OER reproduction and a "workable" GM replacement. Which is better?

Good luck with the reproduction ones. I am waiting for my third one to be delivered. Have gotten the OER repalcement. If this one doesn't work am going to the "workable replacement"

Once again, this site saved me money. After looking at the schematic on the tech section of this site, I noticed that the green and yellow hoses were reversed. Switched them back and the headlight doors work great!! graemlins/hurray.gif The person who had the car before me must have done this and ran a bypass hose in order to get the darned thing working. graemlins/clonk.gif Hard telling how many years it was like this.
