I am needing a whole new wiring harness for the 68Z with factory gauges. Who is selling the best harness on the maket as far as originality when it comes to the look and fit?

Gary L Jun 10th, 04, 04:29 AM I have used 3 Factory Fit brand harnesses. They fit just fine with all of the correct connectors. Available many places, even on line. Gary Jonesy Jun 10th, 04, 06:42 AM M & H wiring harnesses would be my choice. I replaced my whole harness front to back and did not have any problems. I was exactly like my original and has all the correct connectors. Absolutely no splicing was required. They actually have people who answer the phone who know what they are selling. The looked great, and fit perfectly. The fit, size, color, mounting tabs, wrapping, etc. were a 100% match to my originals. You will not be disappointed with them. Steve Unreal Jun 11th, 04, 06:58 PM Gary, They must have changed. I know I bought them at Ricks, and I still have the M&H tag on a couple of harnesses. 69Z28 Jun 12th, 04, 01:42 AM I bought from Rick's a couple of months ago and it was Factory Fit. One question though, I noticed on some original harnesses part of the wiring for the wiper motor has solid yellow wire and some have black wire with a yellow stripe. Is it possible that GM had more than one supplier? The Factory Fit I bought has black with yellow stripe and my original harness has yellow.
