i am trying to find out the correct placement for the Chevrolet/Camaro emblem on the front header panel on a 67. Is the emblem supposed to be centered between the top and bottom of the header piece? I am trying to put the emblem on my car and i have seen them centered on some cars and a little below center on others.

i have the correct measurements off of an original.
I would start with the camaro emblem, that needs to be 1 7/8" from the bottom, and 1 5/8" from the drivers side edge of the panel, once you get that put on, the two "e's" on the Chevrolet should line up with both ends of the "camaro", and the chevrolet goes all the way down against the camaro emblem, this should put the very top of the Chevrolet emblem at nearly the middle of the header panel.
let me know if you have any questions about the above info - derek

How about the trunk lid? With or without the spoiler?

my car has a spoiler on the trunk lid. if im not mistaken there was no emblem on the trunk lid in 67. Is that correct?

Its safe to say that all 67 Camaro's had the emblems on the trunk lid. Because, the spoiler was actually a dealer installed item. The factory didn't install spoilers in 67 from what I know. Maybe I am mistaken, but there are quite a few resources that validated that. If you have a spoiler, look on the underside, there should be another set of holes there. I have 3 1967 trunk lids here and all 3 have the spoiler holes.
