I wasnt sure where to put this, so I went here.

Anyways, my car was at a shop the past weekend having some electrical work done on it. Well it was broken into while sitting at the shop. (along with 4 other cars)

Anyways, the little window behind the main side window was shattered. I think its called the quarter window, or wing window, I am not sure. I havent been able to find anywhere I can buy a replacement. Any reccomendations?

Thanks!

This'll probably get move to the Body Shop, but...

Yes, that is called a quarter window. They are available reproduction, in coupe and convertible versions, tinted and untinted. All are around $89 each. Not too bad to install yourself, although there's quite a bit of disassembly to do.

Might as well get a new lower roller as well. For $5, I wouldn't mess with a 35-year old one.

Thanks. Know anywhere I might find one around the internet?

Also, sorry I forgot to mention it is a 68 RS coupe.

Quarter glass can be found all the time on ebay.

Here's an auction for both sides and there are auctions for each single side depending on which side you need.

67, 68 and 69s are all the same, the only difference is the date code etched in the glass. I have used clear and tinted too for a coupe that can go cheap.

yes, but they said they would do all my work for free, which is probably going to cost quite a bit more than a window and my stereo. So I am fine with that.

get one from your local glass company then.
dont settle for the repo ones cuz they are made in mexico and are softer glass which scratches easily.

Pilkington Classics will supply glass with the LOF logos and date codes for a price. I personally think it's worth it to spend the extra on the correct codes.
