thanks very much for the diagram. two last questions: there are several different I.D. sized vacuum hoses available. is it critical which size i use for any of the circuits ? if so, which size for which circuit ?

I would buy the kit. For the money , the hoses are properly sized, cut and colored for an accurate reproduction, and will help you route them properly

thanks. it's all there except for the hoses going to the headlight switch. from the size of the grommet in the firewall, i'm guessing 5/32 or 7/32.
frankly, i'm a little too long in the tooth and a tad too round to wanna crawl under the dash more than once. so, i'm hoping i don't guess wrong. smile.gif

Just got your e-mail message, I'll answer here...

I measured the nipple on the vacuum relay and it's 3/16". It's fed from the headlight switch. Also measured the output nipple to the splitter (it feeds the headlight switch), it's 1/4". Hope that helps. I think a snug fit on the nipples would be more important than size.
