Anyone have a product they've used to mirror the factory applied material... how well did it adhere... look factory like?

I thought the "Body Schutz" was the common replacement. Maybe sold by 3M? The original asphalt based stuff is not sold anymore. Roofing patch is a close asphalt substitute.
