The 290 pulley is a lo-po shallow groove pulley good for keeping valuable papers from blowing away :D . The 060 is a deep groove water pump pulley that if matched with deep groove crank and alternator pulleys will keep belts from being tossed at high rpm. The 060 pulley is available (do an internet search) for $37.50 new.

Wheels, Hi from another NJer. To a guy that is in to numbers matching stuff (myself and a few others here smile.gif ) The first one is worth more than a paperweight.
(crank)3955290 AD Big block 1969 396/325/350
(waterpump) 3976060 AP not a 67-69 pulley
Here is the pulley decode sheet from CRG http://www.camaros.org/engine.shtml#PulleySpreadsheet
