The original option sheet on my 68 says it came with Mag spoke wheel covers. I have not been able to find a photo of this on the net. Anyone have a photo of these hubcaps? Are they ugly? I'm thinking of rally wheels but that would not be original.

I've been an ebay junkie for several years, but I very seldom have seen a set of these wheel covers come up for auction.

Just me, but I'd put the rallys on modern tires for everyday use, and have a set of reproduction wheels with the mag covers for those occasional big time shows.

OK now, what is the difference between Mag-style and Mag-spoke? Which does the photo here depict? and what is the difference? they have two different RPO numbers.

I think those are the RPO N96 wheel covers GM P/N 3903086. The other mag style wheels RPO PA2 GM P/N 3925886 look basically like a dog dish wheel cover with 5 large black trapezoids spaced equally around the outer circumference. Someone will have to pull out the 68 assembly manual and look to see if there is an illustration. PA2 wheel covers were not avialable on SS's, N96's were available on all models.

Anyone have a photo of these PA2 Mag-Spoke wheel covers? I hope they are not ugly. I think the Mag style wheel covers look pretty good.

WOW I had a set of thoses Mag Hub caps listed here & according to that even with a few dings they had I gave them away. I would run ralley's or something period correct before I would spend money like that for hub caps.
