I need to have the windows and regulators replaced in my 67 convertible. Can anyone recommend a person or shop in the Oklahoma City or Tulsa area that would be able to do this? Any help would be appreciated.

Unreal Dec 19th, 04, 10:52 AM It's a DIY job, if you are interested. Are you sure the glass needs replaced? If it's original, you might be able to get it polished. Depending on what you have, you might want to spring for the date coded glass from pilkington classics. There's a guy in MN who will remove the Pilkington logo and put the correct LOF one on. If you go this route, be sure to record the date codes before you remove the old glass. Do a search, there's a lot written on this. You can get the guy's number from the search, too. MytMini Dec 20th, 04, 05:35 PM There is a place called the Hot Rod Garage in Sand Springs (West side of Tulsa) that does great work if you don't want to do it yourself. May not be the cheapest place, but these guys really know there stuff. I thought they had a web page, but I can't find a working link. They have done a lot of work on my buddy's 68 Camaro coupe and he speaks very highly of them. There number is (918) 241-6333. Hope this helps! |
