Wondering how to translate this code.

I think I understand the numbers. A 69 model for a 396 325 or 350 horse manual trans car. Don't know what EH is though?

EH was an assembly line code when they selected them off the shelf. This is how they knew what carb went to what motor. It belongs to a 396/350 hp motor with standard trans. There should also be a alpha numerical character with the EH. First letter is the month and then the year in numerics.
