Hi guys, I was at Hot August Nights this weekend. I captured these pics of a Yenko. Someone care to check the database to see if its in there? If its not, how about adding it. Thanks.

Not only is this car not listed on the 1969 Yenko Camaro VIN list (http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=76004&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1), but it appears to be a LOS-built car (124379L) whereas all the Yenkos appear to be NOR-built (124379N).

As usual, Denis is right on the money... graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Yenko decals do not make a Yenko car...

Don't kill the messenger here guys. I only posted these pics to make everyone aware. Thats all. Maybe next time I will think twice about posting something like this for you guys to see.

Not only is it not a real Yenko, it is the wrong color. Unless that's a shade of Leman's blue I've never seen before. Other than that it appears to be a very nice car. Do you have any more pics?

No more pics. Sorry. I know that the car was suppose to be Lemans Blue with black standard interior. I doubted it was a real Yenko. There were alot of people around the car ooing and awing, wishing it was thiers. No matter, I am always speculative unless someone shows me it is for real. I didn't have the Yenko numbers handy, otherwise I would not have wasted my time looking at it. The car had lots of flaws in paint and interior. There were so many other beautiful Camaro's there though. I am hoping that I can get members of Team Camaro together next year at Hot August Nights.
