Hey all, Im into the toeboards now and want an opinion or two on if I should remove most of the toe board and replace or just patch the board? Also butt weld or overlapp the pans? (Im not looking for a concourse quality car but at the same time I want it to look good) Thanks and awsome new look!!!!!

I patched mine with scraps from the rocker. I butt-welded them together and plug-welded where the factory had spot welds. If I had to do it again, I would do it the same way. I fabricated the ribs and bends just like original using sockets and different sizes of screwdrivers to get the correct bend radii and rib sizes. That technique worked out great for me. You can hardly tell where I cut and welded in a patch. Good luck on your choice.

I butt welded mine also,if you overlap the body mount would hide some of it from the outside anyway. When I bought my car sombody had already installed overlap floors and it looked like crap from the underside.
