New at all this and wanted to find out what the wheel size limitations are in the rear of the car with stock inner and outer fender wells.

Looking to use 18" x 8" (9.5" if possible) billet wheels (probably a 35 or 40 series tire depending on width). Figure this in with a 1 1/2" - 2" drop in the rear. What is the max backspacing you can go before rubbing inner fender well? What wheel width would that leave me to have "tucked in" and not sticking out of the fender well?

Would like to see pics of what some of you have done that have this similar condition and setup. email is buddyp@verizon.net

Just as a side note (and for reference), I really like the Billet Specialties "Fastlane" wheels. http://www.billetspecialties.com/item.asp?cid=16&scid=132&pid=721 but am not set on these in particular.

I've got 275/35/18's on mine and can't imagine getting away with much more.
