Remove rear seat. Remove rear window crank. Remove rear side panel. You'll find 4 bolts that hold the the window mechanism in place. Remove those and the mechanism with the window attached will come out thru the large hole. I'll email you a pic.

Sorry, the system says I can't send you an email, therefore no photo. Says you didn't allow your email address to be displayed.

You can see the 4 bolts to the right of the large hole. Remove those and the whole thing should come out. You'll have to crank the window down but it will come out.

I dont think everything will fit out the hole that way. I found the fisher body manual the other day and already pulled both sides. I took the nuts off the 3 adjusters and did it that way.

I took mine out through the top where the glass is. It is a bugger to get them out. I had the outer fuzzy weatherstrip off also. I can remember if I had to have the window rolled up or down. You may have to spin the assembly around to get it to go through, as in putting the mechanism thru first instead of the glass.

Yeah it's been 3 years since I pulled mine out. You're probably right about taking it out the top. They say memory is the first thing to go, can't remember the second. LOL
