I finally decided it time to change my wheels and tires. I was wondering what is the biggest wheel/ tires that i can put on my 67 camaro ss with a stock suspension. And if you have any recommandations on wheels or tires post them to.

A 9.50/14 mud and snow tire on a stock steel rim!!! And at that you will have to use coil-overs to raise the rear up b/c it is so big it fills the complete top so rubs at load!!
Been there, done that!!
I don't know for sure what size it is b/c I could never get Firestone to tell me what their 9.50/14 "Town & Country-Mud & Snow" tire actually measured in a modern tire but I figure it is about a 240/82-14 tire.
And my speed went from 70 to 82 at about 3050 to 3075 rpm!! Got caught speeding running 70mph one evening way back then so that's how I know!!
My old Trooper Buddy gave me a break and wrote it for 79 vs 82 b/c the fine would have doubled past 80 mph!
I may not have answered your question but hope this helps anyway...
And I just took off my L-60/14's at a measured 298/53-14!! Again using coil-overs to raise her up about 4".. Old-fashioned, Fenton 14" x 9" with 3.5" b/s Slotted Mags and I figure they would have a lot fit better with at least a 5" b/s rim...

245/17 on a 8" rim in the front and 275/17 on a 9.5" rim for the rear. Some have
gotten a 275 on the front, but that requires tubular uppers and steering stops. That may not be the best for a cruiser.
Do a search and you will find all the info you need.
