Just wondering if someone who has shopped around for a repro rosewood wheel kit could tell me which company has the best deal on them?

I got one from Grant that looks like the real thing for around $125.

I called Rick's today and was told their rosewood wheels were on back order. I asked when they thought they would have some in, the guy said "let me check". He came back on the phone and said "probably sometime in June".

I said June, and he said yea we have problems with these wheels. I didn't even ask him what he meant. But it sure is making me think again about buying one.

I'm on my second Rosewood wheel from OER Reproductions. The first one cracked. The second seems to be holding up OK, via warranty (Ricks). No hassles. I love the look, really very nice touch to the otherwise plain black standard interior that I have.

I think Grant was some civil war general. He may have even been president at one time. Not sure though. I know one time I went through this place called Cairo, IL and there was a house there with a sign that said Grant lived here. Not sure if there's a connection though? Also not sure if this guy is connected to the Grant Steering Wheel company. But he could have been.

Max, what is the PN and were there any hassles with the install?

I used part #967
MSRP is $162 but i bet you could get it cheaper through Jegs, you will need the install kit to go with it, but thats only $15-20
