I'm putting together a 11" drum setup that's found on the 70's Monte's and Camino's.
Most part stores list a 4" wide drum and a 3-1/4" wide drum. I thought they were 2" wide. Anybody know? Which one is correct?

The shoes are 2.00" and 2.5" wide?? They might be measuring "out to out"?? Who know's??
Average cars had 2.00" and Taxi's, S/W's and Cop-cars had 2.5" if not mistaken??
Just make sure the shoes and drums you buy fit your backing plates b/c I think there is a depth difference between the two shoe widths backing plate-wise..

I've done that swap before and just used the 3.5" with 2" shoes... worked great!!
You will also notice a big difference in price between the two... another reason I went 3.5"!!
Good luck,
