Hello all - I have searched for this anwer with no luck. My question, does anyone know what color the exhaust hangers are? I have the originals but the rubber on one is bad. They all have surface rust so I cannot tell if they were painted at one time or not. I got a new set from Rick's that are a galvanized/silver color. I want my car to be as "correct" as I can make it. Thanks all!

They were not painted at all. Just bare metal. I have a set of NOS ones and they are bare.

Jonesy is right. Mine are bare metal as well. My plan is to media blast, and paint with "Detail Grey Stainless". Looks like bare metal , but a bit silvery. Although it's not correct, it's not rusty either. Sometimes that's the choice we make, correct with rust, or not. Good Luck!
