I'm in need of a 4spd Console for my 79 Z. I'm fighting the shifter location and i'm pretty sure there is no way to use the factory console, (But you never know until you try).

My shifter comes right out the side of the tunnel and I had to Fab in some new metal.

Does any body have a cheap 4spd console or live near Columbus OH I could barrow one for a quick check?
