Looking for a supplier/source/part number for the (cotton) padding for the rear seat of a 1969 Camaro?
Thanks,

I have never seen it available..... made the last one from scratch.... took a while to get the correct amount of padding but turned out sweet..... your local upholstry shop should be able to help you out

Same here.... used polyester batting (for making pillows, comforters). I can't remember what thickness I bought but it didn't matter because I either split it or added layers or folded it up as needed. Cheap at and craft store or fabric store. It comes in rolls. A little shot of upholstery spray glue and that's all it took.

Gene is right though.... you're really not going to know exactly how much to use until the seat cover is on. If you're using aftermarket seat covers like PUI, they tend to run big because the old seat is all flattened out after 30 years. I had to add a lot to the sides and especially the upper corners to fill out the upholstery properly. I needed a bunch up along the top edge as well because it was all flattened out from age. I added a layer to the centers where your butt and back would be if sitting in the seat also.
