i put flomasters exaust,cold air intake, and k & n air filters on my 3.8 I also had a sshift kit installed in my trans. It runs good for a six cylinder.I am up for advice what else can i do to make it run better?

hands down a small nitrous kit, like a 75 shot. there are a bunch of direct fit ones to choose from. or, if you have the cash, a blower kit of some sort.
short of that you'll need to do motor modifications, and drivability will suffer.
