Ok, I spend weeks researching all the archieves and measured everyting 3 times, but before I pull the trigger on ordering new wheels (Coddington Smoothies) and tires, I would like to have 1 final input from the Wheel/Tire gods (that would be you guys).
Does anybody see any problem with putting a 15 x7 x 3-3/4" bs and using a P215/65/15 on the front? Or should I go 15 x 6 x 3-5/8" bs to insure no rubbing on bumbs or turns?
On the back it would be 15 x 8 x 4-1/2" bs with P255/70/15. I'm pretty sure the back would be no problem at all, it's the front that has me concerned.
It's a 68 with discs in front and big block suspension (fairly stiff) all around. I want to stay with the retro-muscle car look of the late 60's and I think this tire combo fills out the wheel wells the best.
Thanks to all!!
