At the very top of the cowl trim tag under General Motors Corp, there are two sets of numbers/letters. On the left side is the body production date code in the form of two numbers and a letter (Month and week). On the right is another set of letter/numbers. If it was built in Norwood, it will tell you the interior color. If it was built in Van Nuys, you're out of luck as it is only a plant scheduling code number.

More than likely you can tell what interior paint you have by the color your dash is now. Most likely it is med Blue Poly Ditzler #13563 (low gloss) on the chart. At least thats what my 717 int car has in it.

Judging by the chart 717 could have Black(?), Medium Blue or Dark Blue for the lower dash color.
