When I bought my 68 it didn't have the rear seat belts. The front belts lap and shoulder are dated 30-A-68, which would be correct for my 07D build date. One of the shoulder belts is missing the date tag and I don't see any evidence that there ever was one, it has the instuction tag like the other shoulder belt and the overall condition is about the same. I recently bought a set of belts on Ebay so I could use the rear seat belts, they have a date of 25-A-68 which I figure is about as close as I'm going to get. My two questions are has anyone ever seen a belt come without a date tag and is there any good seat belt restoration shops out there? Thanks for any information, RonM.
