hi guys, i have a '68 rolling chassis in rough shape that i planed on restoring over the next couple of years. i have a chance to get a 69 in good shape with a 6cyl in it. my questions is ive noticed mainly form online web sites that many thing are different from 68 to 69 is it worth keeping for parts (like suspension and such) or im i going to just make more problems for myself.

the 69 has faded paint runs a little rough cant think of many things it needs other than some TLC. i also plan to put a 396ci in it. so i know ill have to change other parts any way. just hate to see it go. but 69 's are the best camaro's ever made.

Unless your 68 has a 12 bolt, or front discs, you won't be using much of the 68 suspension parts. You will need b/b front springs, disc spindles, 5 leaf rear springs, etc. Virtually no body panels interchage.
