Need a little help got a box of parts today and had a battery tray in it.How do you tell a GM for a repo this one has never been on a car but doesn't have a
GM sticker. It does have the retangle nuts you can see from both sides and
the square nut for the hold down.

http://i21.ebayimg.com/02/i/03/e5/5e/47_1_b.JPGSound like it could be an NOS one. The NOS ones have the rectangular nutserts that you see from both sides. The repos have more of a nut welded on one side like above.
Below is an NOS, notice the 3 nutserts.

Tony this belongs in engine section or maybe restoration section. The 'site' section is for concerns with the operation of the web site here, issues with links, how to post photos etc. You probably just slipped on the mouse and got it stuck in here. Thanks for understanding.
Glad Jonesy answered it for you too.

Thanks Jonesy I think it is NOS by the the pictures. It does have what looks like a Harman sticker on it but it has retangle nuts on one side and square on the other any repo's like that or just the welded nuts like the
pictures he had these parts a long time. Maybe finally got lucky on something. Sorry about that Click
