I plan on purchasing a extra set of rear rally style wheels.... my car's rear end is stock, not tubbed or anything, whats the widest I can put on, and what backspacing?

right now I have 15" rallys, but not sure who makes them in 15.....

Any tire reccomendations?

Thanks in Advance!

You can get some rallys cheap at www.wheelVintique.com and largest I would go is 275/60/15 on a 15x8 with 4.5"bs.

http://www.wheelvintiques.com/ <-- your correct , my bad.

For them to have slicks, and be simular, yes. Just remember these are aftermarket and not an exact match. (15x8 with 4.5"bs)

Drag radials 275/60's would be max.
Slicks 28x10.5 is about max.
Really depends on gear ratio, the ones you stated will also work.

Mu gut feeling is to buy the widest 26" to 26.5" tall REAL slick you can find that says can be mounted on an 8" wide rim.

BUT I hope more knowledgeable guys chime in here..

Only problem with a real slick is that it had better be cut with some sort of cheater slick type grooves b/c they are illegal to run on the road!! But the suckers WILL bite!!!

A buddy just put on Mickey T DragRadials and loves them. He now has trouble spinning on the street. Another Buddy has been 1.4's 60' on mono leafs and slappers running the same tire.
