The actual weights can vary all over the place depending on intake, exhaust & ect... But, as a general rule the BB will outweight it's SB brother by @150~200lbs.(@70~90kg) if you'rein Canada:) )
BB = 675~(low)700's
SB = 550~590's

Fully dressed MarkIV's outweight Gen.V's by @25~30lbs in stock forms - The later vesions of the SB have gone on similar diets and can weight 25~30lbs less than earlier versions.

Which is why the old "Stovebolts" make such great 'Boat Anchors' :waving:

Depending on the older L6, they weight as much if not more than even a BB!
The "Turbo-Thrift" 235 and 250ci-L6's used in the Camaro however are actually lighter than a V8 by @60~100lbs in most cases.

Just to give you some reference, here are some from my data collection.
(note: these were numbers recorded for "marine application", which normally include all external components also. A street engine can weight 5~10% less in some cases due to lighter manifolds & etc.)
