On my 69 SS the metal fuel lines were routed under the pass side motor mount. I am now reinstalling them and was wondering is this how they are supposed to be?

Nope - there are NO lines under the motormount; the line runs just ABOVE the top edge of the motormount bracket - there's a hole up there for a screw clip. :)

under the mount is too close to hot stuff.
