I have seen a few guys saying that a th700r4 eats more power than a th350. I was just wondering where the power is lost in the 700. Thanks for any responses

I was just wondering where the power is lost in the 700. Thanks for any responses Just more moving parts and more bearing surfaces. Also, the convertor is a lockup type and when it is unlocked it generates a lot of heat due to the design - relative to a THM350 convertor. On the plus side, the pump design is a bit more efficient than the THM350 in that it will reduce it's volume as the pressure rises. |
