I have a '69 Camaro with a 6-cylinder. It has the accelerator pedal with the cable through the firewall. I am converting the car to a big block. Will the accelerator pedal assembly from a '70 Nova V8 fit, and are they the same as a Camaro? Thanks.

Hi, maybe this will help. My first 1968 Camaro came originally with a 6 cylinder with the same throttle cable set up. When I installed a 396 with a Holley carb, a friend suggested I get a throttle cabel bracket for a 1970 Corvette with a 350 LT1, this bracket fit right onto the carb where the dirvers side mounting stud (carb to intake) mounted the carb to the intake. It worked really well.

69 Camaro Big Blocks did not use cables. They used an adjustable rod. But, I have seen the cables work too.
