If it were me, I would go through the same steps you did to locate them the first time...

Just what are you trying to do and why do you think they need "relocated"

Temporary fix.My upper rear shock mount has the bolts broke in them and i see no other way to fix except cut rear towers, which are in good shape.

Broken bolts in shock mounting plates are far more common than you would think.
The normal procedure is to soak them down with a good penetrating oil (my favorite is 'GM Heat Riser Lubricant' available at most GM dealers) then apply a little heat and then drill them out with a "Left-Handed" drill bit (the bits are available in sets or one at a time, from lots of tool stores and some automotive parts houses).
The bolts will actually come out easier than you might be thinking with these procedures.

If your bolts are really stuck and you can't replace the plates, you may be able to fabricate a crossmember from one framerail to the other and bolt the shocks to this. This is a common way of mounting shocks when the rear suspension is modified or the car has been 'back-halved'.

Hope some of this helps and other chime-in with their fixes also :waving:

Soaked for about an hour and found out they were about finger tight.Very easy to remove.
