Man... I am having a terrible time w/this 67' clutch linkage thing. It appears that there is a clearance problem between the frame rails, steering pump and Z bar. The kits that are available aftermarket do not fit the 67 cars... Does anyone know exactly why?... and which parts do work?.. Thanks for any help or advice!!....

do some searching, I rememebr a recent post on this, with pics. I think the concensus was that the outer z-bar frame bracket is different on a 67.

wow that would be great if I could just get another brkt. ... the rest of the kit might work out... I'll search, thanks for the help...

The 2 lower holes on the frame bracket will line up but you have to tap a new hole for the top. I had the same problem. Wait it gets even better. The inner fender is in the way for the top hole so that has to be moved.
