I have been thinking about installing a new gear drive timing system on my small block. I also want to install the one you can hear when the engine is running. (don't ak me why :clonk: ).

Anyway, can the new gears be installed without removing the cam? Also, what is a recommended brand to get. All the parts suppliers have tons of different kinds to choose from. As always, my car is just for going to shows and cruise ins and I drive it. I do not do any drag racing so it never see's any high RPM's.

Give me some ideas please....... :beers:

I have used the PETE JACKSON set-up b-fore just make sure you ask for the noisy ones I was well pleased.
