droppped spindles in the front is safest way to go.

that way youll still maintain full travel of the suspension.
lowering blocks on the rear with good High quality U bolts.

The "best" way is with the proper lowering leaf springs that many manufacturers produce, like Hotchkis, Detroit Speed, Global West, Eaton Spring and others. Do a search on the subject and you will find all the info you need and more.

I would suggest doing a search. This subject has been discussed many times. I will depend on your use of the car. By and large the use of lowering springs is the better way.

if you're on a tight budget, or don't want to replace your springs, lowering blocks between the spring and the perch would work too, don't think I'd try to do more than an inch that way. lower springs are preferable
