I have a 69 Z, 021 flywheel, 403 bellhousing, M20 trannie. I need a new clutch. Do I need a 10 1/2 or an 11? Which is better, a borg and beck, or diaphram, and what kind would you folks recommend?

As for what type of clutch to run it would help if you let us know how you use the car, what HP you have (motor stock or modified?) as well as rear end gearing and tire size/type. I do have a heavy foot with it and jerk it around a bit - just can't help myself.
