I've recieved a Competition Plus shifter with my 69, I looked up the part number for the linkage on their web. It says its for a 82 camaro, I'm guessing the linkage isn't compatible? What about the shifter? thanks

Hurst sells specific shifters and install kits to fit specific cars. The shifters themselves are all the same, but the included stick varies according to the application. The install kit includes the shift rods and the mounting plate, all of which will vary according to application.

If you have the part numbers for the shifter and installation kit you have, you can go to mrgASKET.COM and look them up.
