You're missing the build date code on the tag. Check those numbers again.

1 = Chevrolet
2 = Camaro
3 = 6-cylinder engine
37 = coupe body
7 = 1967 model year
L = Los Angeles, CA assembly plant (Van Nuys)
127781 = vehicle serial number sequence

Decode for body number: 013963

No Build date given.
67-12437 = Standard Interior Coupe.
LOS = Built in Van Nuys California.
760 = Standard Black Bucket Seats.
Z = (A50) Strato Bucket Seats.
F-F = Car Color is Marina Blue

Options:
1W = (A02) Tinted W/S only
2C = ?
3K = (Z21) Deluxe exterior trim

12A - car built the first week (A) of December (12) 1966.
M046 means nothing. It's an internal plant designation used exclusively by the Van Nuys, CA (LOS) plant.
