On 69 camaros with console guage option, what color was the faces. White or black.

The gauge faces are silver on the 69 - brushed aluminum I think.

ive seen them black and silver from the factory

Silver for Camaro, Black for Nova. Not sure about the rest of the Chevy lineup but Camaro was silver only.
