I have found that launching in my car with 1st gear using 150hp shot, gives me about a seeming 1 sec. window to shift to 2nd before I am all up in the limiter - not the way to go with nitrous

what about trying 2nd gear launches ?? since I am practically getting most of the early part of my run in 2nd anyways

I think this could probably give me more consistency as it would take the 1st gear shock off my 26 x 8.5- 15 slicks - I spin them very easily out the hole

will this affect my tranny now that i have full manual valve body???

any help is appreciated
