i been plagued for years with this pesky tranny leak.
itll leak overnite sometimes (over a pint)
and other times wont leak for months.
I changed the dipstick O ring ,the pan gasket, rear tailshaft seal and it still leaked.
while i had the car on the lift I was changing oil.
I took a rag and wiped the tranny down to see if I could again find out where the leak was.
i moved the kickdown cable and tranny fluid ****ed out lol.
found out there is a small plastic insert that was missing .
tranny leak is all fixed now.

Doesn't it feel good to finally solve one of those frustrating leaking problems?
Now on to the next one! :D
