someone please tell me that 68 and 69 subframes are interchangeable, in other words "the same". I've got a 68 RS and i bought a used 69 subframe.

There is a difference in the spring pocket area. If you use the 69 control arms and sway bar with the 69 subframe you won't have a problem, but mixing the parts may result in interference problems with the sway bars and the spring pockets. I know you can't install a 69 sway bar into a 67/68 without modifications due to the difference.
