someone please tell me that 68 and 69 subframes are interchangeable, in other words "the same". I've got a 68 RS and i bought a used 69 subframe.

They are interchangeable, but not the same. There is a difference in the spring pocket area. If you use the 69 control arms and sway bar with the 69 subframe you won't have a problem, but mixing the parts may result in interference problems with the sway bars and the spring pockets. I know you can't install a 69 sway bar into a 67/68 without modifications due to the difference. The control arms for the two years are also slightly different. 68s have the rubber bump stop on the rear of the lower control arm, 69 has the bump stops on the front side.
