I have a 67 rs/ss that came with a factory rear antenna. The previous owner installed a spolier which hit the ant. mast so he removed the antenna. I reinstalled the antenna and angled it out (been using it that way for over a year)

I just purchased a pwr antenna and can now mount it in any position since it retracts.

What angle should the antenna be? straight up/vertical? angled slightly back?
Any one have sideview pics of their 67/68 with factory rear ant.?
