WHat would cause the contacts to stick closed on the Cowl Induction relay? I'm having a problem with the flapper door closing.

Either the throttle lever arm switch is sticking, feeding power to the relay continuously, or the points in the relay are pitted and have welded together. I've found that the repro throttle switches are junk - the GM switch is ten bucks more, but they work. :thumbsup:

John...Both pieces are GM. I checked the contacts in the relay and sanded with 400 to take any high points off. The throttle switch I haven't checked yet. I have a couple of brake light switches I can use to check this function.
